Doctors struggle to rapidly interpret fragmented patient records during time-constrained consultations.
Clinistruct is a cognitive clinical structuring system that transforms scattered patient records into structured, decision-ready clinical timelines. The system reduces cognitive overload by highlighting critical information, trends, and alerts within existing healthcare workflows.
The project involved hospital observations, stakeholder interviews, workflow analysis, EHR system studies, and real patient case mapping. Research findings were translated into cognitive design principles and tested through iterative interface prototyping.
